No matter where you go, there you are.

I spent a few days in Pittsburgh these past two weeks, and as I drove around, I couldn't help but find myself falling in love with the place all over again. I gave serious consideration to uprooting myself yet once again, and moving back to a place that feels like "home". But then I ask myself.... what is it that I feel in Pittsburgh that I don't in Phoenix. And I realize - it's connectedness, a sense of community, bumping into someone you know, a sense of belonging.
Does Phoenix lack those things? Is it me? Is it Phoenix? Or are we just like a relationship of two great people that just aren't a great fit for each other. I'm not entirely sure. So I've decided that rather than running back to the comfort of an old relationship, I'd work on this one. I'm initiating a full-on social immersion.
So... I'll probably see you around. ;)
