I am passionate about self-awareness, personal growth, and self-discovery.  I continually seek ways to live more consciously.  In my actions and goals, I hope to create more freedom, serenity, passion and joy in the world.

One way I intend to do this is by becoming a workshop leader with an organzation called PAX.  Their mission is to create peace between the genders through understanding and appreciation.  www.understandmen.com is the site.  In learning to understand men, I have grown to appreciate my own femininity. 

I am so thankful for a site like this and for all the wonderful people on here and in the world who really espouse the values of self-discovery, relatedness, contribution, and real love. 

I'd love to meet some new folks.. especially around the Phoenix area.
